Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Speculamite. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Sneakers must be returned in the original shoebox
- The shoebox must be placed inside protective packaging (do not use the shoebox as the shipping box)
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” at checkout
- Products that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes
- Defective or damaged products
If you need a different size or received a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Speculamite is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
- We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@speculamite.com.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.
